A Cause 4 Paws

This past weekend was the 12th Annual Cause for Paws Festival in Santa Maria. It was a fun afternoon filled with a dog walk, a BBQ, pet vendors, weenie dog races, and other fun dog activities to benefit homeless animals. It was a lot of fun, check out a couple of my pictures from the event!

It's always fun to take care of these guys. Georgia got to go wrestle and play with another young Chocolate Lab, she loved that. Riley and Nelly preferred a nice quiet neighborhood walk with lots of sniffing.

Alice and Karma

I took care of these two cuties while their Mom was out of town.

I got Alice to play with her feather toy a bit and she even jumped in the bathtub again to lick the water.

Karma had so much fun when I took her and her new buddy, Banyan, to the beach together.

They played fetch and jumped in the waves over and over.

Karma got to go on a few jogs with me and even got to play at Banyan's house one night. She stole his favorite toys and carried them around the house and of course wrestled and played in the water bowl while we were having dinner. She was exhausted afterwards!

Karma also got to have several play dates with another young pup named Georgia. They loved horse-playing in the backyard and getting wet on that hot summer's day!
